Portal, IVR and Customer Service Limited Availability on June 29 - July 1, 2018

There will be Common Working File (CWF) "Dark" days Friday, June 29 through Sunday, July 1, 2018 for all CWF hosts. This means the CWF online Health Insurance Master Record (HIMR) inquiry will not be available on those days.  

The following functions will not be available in the Noridian Medicare Portal:

  • Claim Status
  • Self Service Reopenings
  • Redetermination Submission
  • Same or Similar

The following functions will not be available on the IVR:

  • Redeterminations
  • Same or Similar
  • Advance Determination of Medicare Coverage (ADMC)
  • Claim Status / Details

Customer Service Representatives will not be able to assist providers with the following:

  • Eligibility Inquiries
  • Claim Status Relating to Eligibility
  • Claim Denials Relating to Eligibility
  • Same or Similar
  • ADMC Status
