Noridian offers a self-paced training tutorial to assist providers and facilities in better understanding ordered, referred, and prescribed services. This Noridian Medicare presentation covers claim form and enrollment requirements, services which mandated a referral or order, eligible and ineligible professionals to order services, limitations on referrals from select professionals, opting out of Medicare.
