- General Correspondence / Written Inquiries
- Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP)
- Provider Enrollment and related material
- Redetermination Requests (All types including overpayments, CERT, RA, SMRC, and UPIC)
- Responses to Noridian Medical Review Additional Documentation Requests (ADRs)
- Responses to Noridian requests for additional documentation
Correspondence may be mailed to Noridian via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Certified/Courier Mailings
Correspondence may be mailed on paper or electronically via CD, DVD, or USB. See the Options for Submitting Documentation page for more information.
