Your Survey Feedback Results in Noridian Changes
You spoke; we listened. Thank you for continuing to take the time and share your feedback with Noridian by completing our Satisfaction Survey offered through our website, portal, and educational efforts. Noridian made the following improvements based on survey responses received.
- We continue to add more audience engagement to our webinars using polling, demonstrations, and adding subject matter experts to support our events.
- Our Education on Demand tutorial library has been expanded with an advertisement campaign promoting the topics available.
- The Part A Reason Code Guidance webpage was updated to better communicate the listing of codes is not all inclusive. The selected codes and guidance are produced based on data analysis and frequency from calls, denials, rejections, and appeals. The Direct Data Entry (DDE) system offers the comprehensive information, and the selection of codes published is based on data analysis.
