Homepage Overview

What is available on the NMP Homepage?
  • Sign In/Sign out -
    • Always Sign Out when finished; otherwise, portal requires a user to wait 30 minutes before logging in again
  • Contact Us - Provides hours of availability, portal contact information and a link to User Manual
  • Help - User Manuals, system requirements, terms and conditions, and alerts and notices
  • Availability - Displays functions not available due to maintenance or unexpected downtime
  • Notifications & Updates - Provides advanced notification of scheduled downtime
  • Login - Enter username and password
    • Forgot Username? - Forgotten Usernames can be obtained
      • Select "Forgot Username?" from login page
      • Enter email address and last name. Select Search button
      • The username is provided.
    • Forgot Password? - Follow the steps to reset a forgotten password or unlock an account
      • Select "Forgot Password?" from login page
      • Enter email address and last name. Select "Search" button
      • Answer three of five previously answered security questions correctly and select "Check Answers" button
        • Answers are case-sensitive
        • If an answer is not correct, change response(s) and select "Check Answers" button again
      • After answering three questions correctly, portal will prompt user for a new password
      • A message displays that password change was successful and user will login using new password
  • New User? - Follow registration process to register for an account
  • Portal Feedback - Comments/Suggestions can be provided to Noridian
  • System Requirements - View the browsers that can support usability of the portal
