The PDAC Code Verification Application Status Check Tool allows users to check the status of their applications received by the PDAC.

If the application number or Xref is found, the tool will display the status of the application along with a short summary description.

PDAC Code Verification Application Status Check Tool Assistance 

1.     Enter the application/xref number.

Note: The application/xref number is located on the PDAC emailed acknowledgement or additional information request notice sent to the Manufacturer/Designated Point of Contact listed on the application.

2.     Click the "Submit" button.

3.     View the status of the application along with a short summary description.

4.     If you wish to view the status of another application, enter the new application/xref number in the bottom of the search results and repeat steps 2 and 3.
