Zabeen Chong
Zabeen Chong serves as the Director for the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. Ms. Chong is responsible for leading initiatives to streamline provider screening and enrollment for over two million providers and implementing policies and systems to prevent fraud and abuse in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. This includes the development of Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment operating policy and procedures, enumeration of provider applicants, oversight of the Provider Enrollment Chain & Ownership System, and providing outreach and education to the provider community. She is also responsible for the identification of vulnerabilities and implementation of administrative action processes directed at protecting Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of the Website Project Management Group in the Office of Communications at CMS where she led the redesign and implementation of new technologies on www.medicare.gov and www.cms.gov as well as other web-based initiatives critical to advancing CMS' mission and operations. Ms. Chong has a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Johns Hopkins University and has worked at CMS for over 10 years.
 

Charles Schalm
Charles Schalm serves as the Deputy Director for the Provider Enrollment & Oversight Group at the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. He is responsible for overseeing the screening, enrollment, and implementation of enforcement actions for over two million providers and suppliers that serve over 59 million Medicare beneficiaries. Prior to joining CMS in 2011, Charles spent over 10 years as a Program Integrity Director for federal Medicare contracts, and eight years in the private sector working with Medicaid managed care organizations in Pennsylvania and Michigan. Charles graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA where he studied business and forensic investigation. He previously served on the Western Pennsylvania Healthcare Drug Taskforce where federal agencies and private organizations came together to tackle the onset of the opioid epidemic. A frequent guest speaker at conferences, Charles represents CMS enrollment and enforcement initiatives, and promotes compliance within the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
 

Vani Annadata
Vani Annadata serves as the Acting Director of the Division of Enrollment Systems within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. She is responsible for overseeing the National Medicare Provider Enrollment System (PECOS), the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) and the provider enrollment screening system. Vani has been with CMS for six years. She has an extensive background in software and systems development for over 15 years in private sector and holds a degree in Engineering.
 

Alisha Sanders
Alisha Sanders services as the Division Director for the Division of Enrollment Operations within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. Ms. Sanders is responsible for developing enrollment policies and procedures across the Medicare and Medicaid programs and working with the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), State Medicaid programs and other stakeholders on provider enrollment and program integrity related issues. Ms. Sanders has over 15 years' experience in Medicare provider enrollment.
 

Sandhya Mathur
Sandhya Mathur serves as a Team Lead within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. She is responsible for overseeing oversight and enhancement of all screening and enrollment systems. She has an extensive background in the system development life cycle and customer service. Sandhya has over 14 years' experience in Medicare for both the public and private sector. Sandhya has Bachelors of Arts degree from Delhi University, India.
 

Joseph Schultz
Joseph Schultz serves as a Team Lead within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. Mr. Schultz is responsible for assisting in developing enrollment policies and procedures across the Medicare and Medicaid programs and working with the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs), State Medicaid programs and other stakeholders on provider enrollment and program integrity related issues. He has over 7 years' experience in Medicare for both the public and private sector. Joseph has a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Utica College in NY.
 

Jami Lookabill
Jami Lookabill serves as the Deputy Director of the Division of Enforcement Actions within Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. Ms. Lookabill is responsible for overseeing the implementation of administrative actions within the Division of Enforcement Actions. She has worked at CMS for 4 years and has a background in political science and law. Ms. Lookabill has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
 

Minisha Hicks
Minisha Hicks serves as the Director of the Division of Compliance and Appeals within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. She is responsible for overseeing the provider enrollment appeals process and Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment policy improvement efforts. Minisha has been with CMS for six years. She has a background in administrative law and holds a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.
 

Emma Calvet
Emmanuelle (Emma) Calvet is a Business Function Lead for the Division of Enrollment Operations Group at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Agency. She is responsible for the oversight of three Medicare Administrative Contractors, as well as providing technical assistance and policy guidance to 11 State Medicaid Agencies. Emma graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies and from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with a Master of Science in Public Health.
 

Cardinal Williams
Cardinal Williams serves as a member in the Division of Enrollment Services within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. He is responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance, user acceptance trainings, and customer support for enrollment systems. He has over 15 years' of experience in the area of applications and client support. Cardinal has a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Phoenix University.
 

Lauren Beard
Lauren Beard is a Business Function Lead for the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. She is responsible for the oversight of Medicare Administrative Contractors, as well as providing policy guidance to 10 State Medicaid Agencies. Lauren has a Bachelor's degree in Government and Political affairs from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.
 

Michael Cimmino
Michael Cimmino serves as the Technical Advisor for the Division of Enrollment Operations within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. Michael is responsible for developing enrollment policies and procedures across the Medicare and Medicaid programs, and working with State Medicaid programs and other stakeholders on provider enrollment and program integrity related issues. He has 5 years' experience working for both Medicaid and Medicare. Michael has a Master of Public Health degree from West Chester University.
 

Anthony Gattine
Anthony Gattine serves as the Technical Advisor in the Division of Enforcement Actions within the Provider Enrollment and Oversight Group in the Center for Program Integrity at CMS. Mr. Gattine is responsible for developing policies and procedures related to Medicare administrative actions. He has worked at CMS for 3 years and has a background in organizational management.
 

Medicare Administrative Contractors

Diane Gordon (CGS)
Diane Gordon is a Provider Enrollment Business Analyst with CGS Administrators, LLC. Her primary expertise is in the Part A and Home Health and Hospice arena. She serves as a subject matter expert in stock transfers, change of ownership agreements (CHOW) and provider enrollment processes, procedures and policy. She has extensive experience in staff training and development as well as PECOS/systems development and testing with over 17 years' experience in Provider Enrollment. Prior to joining CGS, Diane has an extensive finance and banking background. Ms. Gordon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
 

Marian Love (FCSO)
Marian Love is the Senior Manager for Provider Enrollment at First Coast Service Options. Marian is responsible for the oversight of all Provider Enrollment functions within First Coast. While she has been with First Coast for over 18 years, she also has oversight experience with other MAC contracts through inter-organizational agreements and sub-contracts. She has extensive knowledge of Provider Enrolment and its evolution as she has served in almost every capacity Provider Enrollment has to offer.
 

Sherry Wash-Brown (Palmetto)
Sherry Washington-Brown serves as a Manager within the Provider Enrollment Department at Palmetto GBA. Mrs. Brown is responsible for day-to-day management oversight of enrollment staff and activities ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all enrollment functions and claims administration. She has over 17 years' experience in Medicare provider enrollment.
 

Robin Fry (Novitas)
Robin Fry is a Provider Relations Hearing Specialist in the Provider Enrollment Department with Novitas Solutions. She has 26 years of experience working in Medicare, as a Part B Credentialing Specialist, Quality Control Analyst, Technical Assistant, and Business Coordinator. Her current job functions include reviewing and rendering decisions on Provider Enrollment reconsideration cases, preparing case documentation for Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) cases and handling complex inquiries.
 

Michael Holoman (NSC)
Michael Holoman is the Senior Provider Education Specialist for the National Supplier Clearinghouse. Michael has gained a wealth of experience with durable medical equipment with claims processing experience and a hefty investigations background. With over 11 years of being in the durable medical equipment arena, Michael now brings that experience to an education position, where he can continue to assist the supplier community with ensuring they are enrolling in the DMEPOS program properly and maintaining their active status. Michael earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Clemson University and his M.B.A from Webster University.
 

Debbie Anderson (WPS)
Debbie Anderson is a Provider Enrollment Program Analyst with Wisconsin Physicians Service (WPS) Government Health Administrators (GHA) and has been with the company for nine years. Ms. Anderson has six years of experience in Medicare Provider Enrollment. She is responsible for the implementation of CMS issued change requests and technical direction letters, ongoing education of the WPS enrollment team and resolution of complex enrollment issues. Debbie's years of experience and background enables her to be a reliable resource for all Provider Enrollment related activities.
 

Williams Price (NGS)
William Price serves as a Provider Enrollment Process Expert for National Government Services. Mr. Price is responsible for operationalizing change requests and technical direction letters issued by CMS, analyzing complex enrollment escalations and CMS and AB MAC collaboration efforts. With over a decade of Medicare and Medicaid experience, Mr. Price offers significant enrollment expertise and insight.
 

Lucas Dockter (Noridian)
Lucas Dockter serves as a Supervisor of Operations in the Provider Enrollment department with Noridian Healthcare Solutions where he has ten years of experience within Medicare operations. Mr. Dockter is adept in Medicare rules and regulations, specifically overseeing the revalidation workloads. He works closely with countless individuals and organizations delivering world-class customer service. He actively collaborates with CMS, other Medicare administrative contractors and providers to improve policy and resolve issues.
 

Anthony Peterson (Noridian)
Anthony Peterson serves as a Supervisor of Operations in the Provider Enrollment department with Noridian Healthcare Solutions, where he has eight years of experience in Medicare provider enrollment. Mr. Peterson is an expert in Medicare rules and regulations, the Identity and Access Management System and Internet-based PECOS. At Noridian, Mr. Peterson oversees Noridian's Provider Enrollment Education unit, focusing on increasing the amount of Internet-based PECOS applications submitted, where he works closely with organizations around the country transitioning them from submitting applications via the paper process to submitting their applications via Internet-based PECOS.
