Your FQHC MAC is specific to the region where you practice.
Noridian Healthcare Services
JE: CA, HI, NV, American Samoa, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands
- New FQHCs will be under the A/B MAC assigned to their state
- Out-of-Jurisdiction Providers (OJP) may have NGS as their A/B MAC for FQHC institutional claims (CMS-1450) but Noridian for Part B professional claims (CMS-1500)
- Check the Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership System (PECOS) enrollment
