Schedule of Events - JD DME

No registration or teleconference fees apply for most events. Events are conducted via GoToWebinar which requires an Internet connection and a telephone (toll-free number provided in confirmation email).

Webinars - All Noridian webinars provide an in-depth explanation of the topic being presented. Coverage criteria, standard documentation, coding, and billing will be addressed as they are pertinent to the topic. Whether you are new to Medicare or have a great deal of experience, our webinars have something for everyone.

Level 200 (L200) Webinars - To obtain the full value of these more advanced webinars requires a basic knowledge of the DMEPOS policy being addressed. These webinars review specific billing and documentation scenarios our medical review staff has encountered, or suppliers have submitted for education on resolution.

Registration - Do not call the Contact Center to register. All registrations must be done online, including those joining via teleconference. When registering, ensure that your email address is entered correctly. All webinar materials, including the recording link and any Continuing Education Units (CEUs), pending completion, will be sent to the email address provided at registration. If your email is incorrect, you will not receive these items, and we will be unable to resend them. It is the registrant’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of their contact information before submitting the registration form.

Verbal Questions - Computer audio functionality may or may not work with GoToWebinar depending on how it is set up. Calling in to events using the event phone number and audio pin works best for asking questions aloud.

Event Materials - Prior to the event, materials (PDF) will be emailed to registrants. During the event, they can also be downloaded from the Handouts section of GoToWebinar attendee panel.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) - The AAPC has granted Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for many of the below events. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement by the academy of the program content or program sponsor. Attendees of Noridian webinars must log into the GoToWebinar application in order to receive CEUs. Effective October 1, 2021, CEUs will be issued following the event only to attendees present for the entire presentation.
