Contact Noridian with CERT Related Inquiries

To submit a question related to Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) to Noridian Part B for Medicare CERT claims, suppliers may send an email. Inquiries are responded to within two business days.

Send to CERTQuestion@noridian.com and follow the instructions outlined below.

DO NOT include Protected Health Information (PHI) or sensitive information in the subject line OR in the body of the email. This includes (but is not limited to): the beneficiary's name, Date of Service, Internal Control Number (ICN) on the claim or the patient's Medicare ID. This information will be requested via phone call, if needed. PHI is NOT permitted to be transmitted via email.

  1. Enter the CERT CID number or general subject in Subject line.
  2. In body of email, provide the details listed below.
    • Supplier's name, address, city/state
    • Email
    • Telephone number
    • CID
    • Question

Although Noridian is not the CERT contractor, we are available to support the efforts of the CERT program. Additional information regarding the CERT contractor is available on the CERT webpage.
