Mailing Addresses
Providers can use the addresses provided below to submit the following types of correspondence:
- Enrollment (CMS applications and PECOS Web Certification Statements and supporting documentation)
- Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP)
- Paper Claims
- Redeterminations (All types including overpayments, CERT, RA, SMRC, and UPIC)
- Refunds
- Responses to Noridian requests for additional documentation
- RSNAT Prior Authorization Request
- Written Inquiries
Correspondence may be mailed to Noridian via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Certified/Courier Mailings
Correspondence may be mailed on paper or electronically via CD, DVD, or USB. See the Options for Submitting Documentation page for more information.
