Ask the Contractor Meeting (ACM) events give Medicare providers and suppliers an opportunity to ask Noridian questions about Medicare billing, policies, procedures, and other topics affecting their work. These one-hour, interactive question-and-answer sessions support open communication and information sharing between Noridian and the provider community.

Noridian representatives participate based on the topics and questions anticipated for each event. ACMs are question-and-answer sessions rather than structured presentations; therefore, continuing education units (CEUs) are not available.

Registration is required through GoToWebinar. After registering, attendees will receive information needed to join the event.

Unless otherwise noted, ACMs are general question-and-answer sessions.

Submit or Ask a Question

Providers may submit questions in advance using the ACM Provider Question Submission Form under Educational Forms.

Pre-submitted questions must be received at least 10 business days before the ACM to allow time for review, research, and preparation. Questions received after the deadline will not be added to the prepared ACM materials, but providers may ask them during the live event.

Questions should be general and applicable to the broader Medicare provider community. Do not include Protected Health Information (PHI), personally identifiable information, beneficiary-specific information, or claim-specific details. Questions that cannot appropriately be addressed in a public education forum will be directed to the Provider Contact Center.
