Schedule of Events - JE Part B

No registration or teleconference fees apply for most events. Events are conducted via GoToWebinar which requires an Internet connection and/or a telephone (toll-free number provided in confirmation email)

Registration - Do not call the Contact Center to register. All registrations must be done online, including those joining via teleconference only

Questions - We offer several opportunities for you to ask a question. If your question does not apply to the event you registered for, please call the Contact Center for your jurisdiction

• Pre-Submitted Questions - When you submit a question while registering for the event, it helps our education representative tailor the material they provide to address the questions that many people typically have
• Verbal Questions - Computer audio functionality may or may not work with GoToWebinar depending on how it is set up. Calling in to events using the event phone number and audio pin works best for asking questions verbally
• Q/A Log - You can save a log of the questions and answers from the event. This feature is only available when using the GoToWebinar desktop application. During the webinar, go to the File Menu and select "Save Questions Log"

Event Materials - Prior to the event, materials (PDF) will be emailed to registrants. During the event, they can also be downloaded from the Handouts section of GoToWebinar attendee panel

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) - The AAPC has granted Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for many of the below events. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement by the academy of the program content or program sponsor. Attendees of Noridian webinars must log into the GoToWebinar application in order to receive CEUs. Effective October 1, 2021, CEUs will be issued following the event only to attendees present for the entire presentation

• CEUs are emailed within one business day
• Must participate in the entire presentation duration to receive CEU
• Telephone-only participants are not eligible for CEUs
• CEUs are sent to the email associated with the registration. If you have not received your CEU, please check your junk or spam folders before contacting Noridian
