Fee Schedules

A fee schedule is a complete listing of fees used by Medicare to pay doctors or other providers/suppliers. This comprehensive listing of fee maximums is used to reimburse a physician and/or other providers on a fee-for-service basis. Medicare Part B Physician Fee Schedules


View the Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Payment Rates


Ambulance providers and suppliers must accept the Medicare allowed charge as payment in full and not bill or collect from the beneficiary any amount other than any unmet Part B deductible and the Part B coinsurance amounts.
Anesthesia Conversion Factors View the anesthesia conversion factors (CF) which are specific to the locality where the anesthesia service is rendered.

Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory

Outpatient clinical laboratory services are paid based on a fee schedule.

DMEPOS Fee Schedule & Labor Payment

The Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) fee schedules contain fee schedule amounts, floors, and ceilings for each procedure code subject to the DMEPOS fee schedule payment methodology.
Multiple Procedure Payment Reduction (MPPR) for Selected Therapy Services MPPR allowed amounts for select therapy services paid.
