The Noridian Educational Experience offers self-paced training modules designed to support your ongoing learning and professional development. With a variety of courses and comprehensive curriculums available, many are eligible for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits.

How to Create an Account

Click Create Account button at the top of this page. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration. Please note that registration is limited to providers and suppliers within Noridian's jurisdictions. A valid NPI and PTAN will be required to complete your registration.

How to Enroll in a Course

From the dashboard, select the catalog tile. Search for the course or topic you are interested in, select Enroll.

How to Filter Available Courses

From the dashboard, select the catalog tile. The side menu lists different filtering options. You can also use the magnifying glass at the top of the page to find your content area or see if a course is CEU-eligible.

How to Download your CEU Certificates

From the landing page you can browse the catalog courses you have enrolled in, your learner transcript, which holds a history of completions and certificates as well as any CEU credits you may have earned.

Common Questions

There are a variety of courses available, but not all courses are CEU-eligible. CEU credits are awarded for curriculums, or groups of related courses. To earn CEU credit, you must complete the entire curriculum and pass the required knowledge checks.

Yes, you can pause and resume courses at any time. Just log back in and pick up right where you left off.

If you forget your login, please click the Contact NEE Support button at the top of the page to contact Noridian Educational Experience Support. Be sure to include "Forgot Login - NEE" in both the subject line and body of your email so we can assist you.

If you have any questions or encounter any errors, please be sure to email us at noridianedexsupport@noridian.com. If you do require support for errors, please try to take a screenshot, if possible, to share with us. Also, let us know what browser you were using at the time and what learning content, if any, you were accessing at the time of the error.

We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience, however, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox are also compatible.

At the end of every course, you'll have the opportunity to complete a satisfaction survey. We highly value your feedback, as it helps us improve future course content and enhance the overall learning experience.

We currently offer two types of content:

  • Webinar recordings

From your account, click on Transcript. You'll see a list of all the courses you've completed, along with your progress in any ongoing courses. You can also print your transcript directly from this page.

  1. Sign in to the Noridian Educational Experience and select the Profile icon from the upper right corner of the Learner Dashboard.
  2. Select the Profile Tab and select Edit.
  3. Save your changes.

You can use the "Forgot Password?" functionality to reset your password.

You can also reach out to your System Administrator for a manual password reset by emailing NoridianEdExSupport@noridian.com.
