Joint DME MAC Publication

The DME MACs have retired the draft Lower Limb Prostheses Local Coverage Determination (LCD) (DL33787) and related Policy Article (PA) (A54517). This retirement is effective June 21, 2018. The current Lower Limb Prostheses LCD (L33787) and Policy Article (A52496) remain in effect.
