CERT Contact Information

To submit a question related to Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) to Noridian DME Medicare for JA CERT claims, suppliers may call the Noridian CERT team or send an email. Both inquiry types are responded to within two business days.

Phone Call

For a returned phone call, call 701-433-3090 and leave a voice message with the below details.

  1. Supplier's name
  2. Claim Identification Number (CID)
  3. Telephone number
  4. Question

Send to jadmecert@noridian.com and follow the instructions outlined below.

DO NOT include Protected Health Information (PHI) or sensitive information in the subject line OR in the body of the email. This includes (but is not limited to): the beneficiary's name, Date of Service, Internal Control Number (ICN) on the claim or the patient's Medicare ID. This information will be requested via phone call, if needed. PHI is NOT permitted to be transmitted via email.

Although Noridian is not the CERT contractor, we are available to support the efforts of the CERT program. Additional information regarding the CERT contractor is available on the CERT webpage.
