Replacement of special power wheelchair interface

Correct Use

• Append to integrated joystick and controller that is being replaced by another drive control interface due to beneficiary condition. Example: remote joystick, head control, sip and puff, etc
• Append to appropriate code when beneficiary had a drive control interface described by codes E2321-E2322, E2325, E2327-E2330 or E2373 and both interface (Example: joystick, head control, sip and puff) and controller electronics must be replaced due to irreparable damage

Incorrect Use

• Appending modifier at time of initial issue of wheelchair
