"Documentation of qualifications when requested of training and expertise that must have been acquired within the framework of an accredited residency and/or fellowship program in the applicable specialty/subspecialty (i.e., Radiation Oncology or Dermatology) OR documentation that the dermatologist has didactic and clinical experience in radiation treatment."
