Coming Soon: A New Managed File Transfer Option for Audit Documentation

We are excited to announce that GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) will soon be introduced as a new method for submitting audit documentation. This platform is designed to offer both security and efficiency in the transmission of audit-related files and supporting documentation. The implementation of GoAnywhere MFT aims to enhance the provider experience while ensuring that sensitive information remains protected throughout the submission process.

• Important: GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer is not replacing the Medicare Cost Report e-Filing (MCReF) system and should not be used to submit Medicare cost reports. Providers must continue to submit cost reports through MCReF. Additionally, providers should continue to use the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP) for all claims-related documentation uploads and requests. GoAnywhere MFT is intended only for the secure transfer of additional documentation that is requested by, or needs to be provided to, an auditor during the audit process and is not a replacement for existing cost report or claims documentation submission methods.

What to Expect

• Providers and suppliers will be able to securely upload audit documentation electronically.
• The platform will facilitate the submission of large files and supporting records using encryption to safeguard data.
• Users will receive confirmation upon file acceptance from their auditor.
