New To Noridian? Welcome to the Total Enrollment Guide

To reduce provider burden and streamline our enrollment process, Noridian has established Total Enrollment. The links below will guide providers through the three key areas of the Noridian enrollment process: Provider Enrollment, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Enrollment and Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP) Registration. Process documents, user guides, and references for each topic will walk providers through a successful enrollment. Complete the Total Enrollment registration process in the order defined below.

Enrollment

Enrollment Application Status Search - This search allows providers and suppliers to follow the application progress. Enter an Application/Reference Number or Web Tracking ID into its search field and select "View Application Status"

Enrollment on Demand Tutorials - View Medicare Part A Provider Types and Enrollment on Demand application tutorials to help such providers complete appropriate applications correctly the first time

Enroll in Medicare - Access information to enroll and/or make changes online using PECOS Web, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Reasons for delays

Forms - Access CMS Enrollment application forms

Make Changes - View time-frames and tips that will help providers update their Medicare enrollment information when necessary

Mammography Certification - View information regarding providers and suppliers who furnish film, digital, or 3-D mammography services and bill Medicare for such services

Potential Providers - Access general related information that will help provide a basic understanding of Medicare enrollment associated terms

Provider Enrollment Appeals Process - View the Enrollment appeals process, the Reconsideration request, rejected or returned Reconsideration, the Corrective Action Plan (CAP), and rejected or returned CAP
