JE: CA, HI, NV, American Samoa, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands

• New FQHCs will be under the A/B MAC assigned to their state
• Out-of-Jurisdiction Providers (OJP) may have NGS as their A/B MAC for FQHC institutional claims (CMS-1450) but Noridian for Part B professional claims (CMS-1500)
• Check the Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership System (PECOS) enrollment
