GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) Now Available for Audit and Reimbursement Providers

The Audit and Reimbursement department is now offering GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) as a secure method for providers and authorized external users to exchange files with Noridian. GoAnywhere allows users to securely upload, download, and share documents while maintaining controlled access to files and folders. It is designed specifically to support secure document exchange related to Audit and Reimbursement activities

Providers, hospitals, healthcare organizations, consultants, third-party preparers, vendors, and other approved business partners who work with Audit and Reimbursement may be eligible to use the platform.

How to Register

To get started, contact your assigned Noridian auditor and request access to GoAnywhere MFT. Your auditor will verify whether your organization's email domain has been approved and will provide any onboarding instructions that may be needed. Once approval requirements have been met, your auditor will share a file or folder through GoAnywhere, which allows you to create and activate your account. Certain non-provider representatives, including consultants, third-party preparers, vendors, and other authorized representatives, must submit a completed Medicare Cost Report Third-Party Authorization form, available on the Audit and Reimbursement Forms page, to their assigned Noridian auditor before GoAnywhere access can be approved.

Important: GoAnywhere is a managed file transfer platform used by Audit and Reimbursement to exchange documentation. It is not a replacement for the Medicare Cost Report e-Filing (MCReF) system or the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP), and separate access is required for each application.
