CR 14468 provides instructions to Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) on how to bill distant site telehealth services for dates of service on or after October 1, 2026.

Make sure your billing staff knows that RHCs and FQHCs must bill the individual CPT or HCPCS code for distant site telehealth services they provide instead of HCPCS code G2025.
