Description of Issue: Noridian has identified an issue impacting some transplant facility claims that have been returned to providers (RTP) with reason codes 32A00–32A74 for dates processed on or after April 6.

Noridian Action Required: Noridian is actively working with the FISS maintainer, PECOS, and CMS to investigate and resolve this issue.

05/22/26 - Noridian added transplant type 16 to the PECOS files. This update was completed by Provider Enrollment on 05/14/26, and records have since loaded into the Shared System (FISS).

05/22/26 - Providers affected by this change can use PF9 on their claims to allow them to continue processing.
