Beginning June 1, 2026, attendees of Provider Outreach and Education (POE) webinars will have new accessibility options designed to support a more inclusive and customizable learning experience. During each webinar, participants will have the ability to turn on closed captioning in real time, helping ensure key information is accessible to all attendees.

In addition, users can personalize their viewing experience by adjusting the caption text size and color to best fit their needs. These enhancements provide greater flexibility and readability, allowing each participant to engage with the content in the way that works best for them.
