• Z13.6 and either Z87.891, F17.210, F17.211, F17.213, F17.218, and F17.219 or Z84.89

Coverage

Beneficiaries must meet the following criteria:

• Certain risk factors for AAA
  • Family history
  • Male between ages of 65 and 75 who smoked at least 100 cigarettes during his lifetime
• Receive referral from physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or clinical nurse specialist
• Haven't had previous AAA screening under Medicare
