J1575 (HyQvia) Added for Treatment of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuritis

Effective January 12, 2024, J1575 (HyQvia) is now included in the Group 6 codes in the External Infusion Pumps (EIP) policy for the treatment of Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuritis (CIDP) (ICD-10 code G61.81). Previously, coverage for J1575 was only included for treatment of Primary Immune Deficiency Disorder (PIDD) under the Group 3 diagnosis codes found in the policy.
