To support our suppliers, a COVID-19 Hotline has been established to help with COVID-19 related inquiries. The hotline number is: 866-575-4067. Customer services representatives will be on the line to help from Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. CDT. This hotline will answer questions on advance payments related to COVID-19.

The hotline will also be available on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. CDT.

COVID-19: Advance Payment

CMS has expanded the current Advance Payment Program during the COVID-19 public health emergency to extend financial hardship relief to impacted Medicare suppliers. Special considerations will be given for COVID-19 circumstances. A Request for Advance Payment form [PDF] must be completed to begin the process. One form must be completed for JA and one form for JD. Please indicate the jurisdiction on the form.

State "COVID-19" for the section on an explanation of the issue. Claim examples do not need to be provided. At some point in the process, the Advance Payment Request Certification form [PDF] must be completed before we can finalize your request. We would suggest submitting this form with the initial request if at all possible, but it can be submitted at a later time.
