• Waivers and Flexibilities: CMS has issued waivers to ensure continued access to care, including the use of the "CR" modifier and "DR" condition code on claims.

1. Contact Medicare: Call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) for assistance. TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048.
2. Use the Medicare Supplier Directory: Access the Medicare Supplier Directory online to find suppliers by location.
3. Check with Local Health Services: Local health departments or emergency services may provide information on available DMEPOS suppliers in your area.
