Description of Issue: Claims with ASP priced services processing on/after July 1, 2026 were pricing with the incorrect quarterly fee schedule. The system was corrected on July 24.

Noridian Action Required: Noridian implemented the corrected fee schedules and will mass adjust the impacted claims.

08/10/26 - Noridian started initiating adjustments on 08/10/26. Noridian will provide another update when all mass adjustments are initiated.

Provider/Supplier Action Required: Suppliers should review the adjusted claims on their Remittance Advice (RA) to address any changes in payment.
