MAC Customer Experience (MCE) Survey - Collaborative Improvements Driven by Your Feedback

The CGS and Noridian DME MAC Program Managers regularly work together to improve services across all four DME MAC jurisdictions. We appreciate your participation in the MAC Customer Experience (MCE) surveys. Your feedback is important to us and helps us make meaningful improvements.

Here are some improvements we’ve made over the past year based on your feedback:

  • Added new Urological FAQs for clearer, consistent education and guidance.
  • Updated documentation checklists to help ensure records are accurate and complete.
  • Provided clear instructions on how and when to use the CR modifier, including example scenarios
  • Improved web portal features for easier navigation and user experience.
  • Published educational articles to help you bill correctly and comply with Medicare guidelines.
