Holding Claims for Pricing Based on the January 2024 FISS Release

Effective January 1, 2024, Part A claims with dates of service on/after January 1, 2024 will be placed on a 15 day hold while pricing files are installed into the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS). This will allow claims to be verified for correct pricing to ensure proper payment.

All claims held during this time will be released no later than January 15, 2024.
