What’s Changed? CMS revised this article to add information from CR 14424, which updates the Medicare Claims Processing Manual for Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring services. CMS also added the CR 14424 release date and transmittal number.

CR 11650 informs contractors that for dates of service on and after July 2, 2019, CMS will cover Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring for the diagnosis of hypertension in Medicare beneficiaries under updated criteria.
