Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Revalidation Postponed

CMS announced in the MLN Connections Newsletter for December 11, 2025 that the mandatory off-cycle SNF provider enrollment revalidation deadline of January 1, 2026, has been suspended.

Enrolled skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) should continue collecting data on ownership, managerial, and related party information and submit their revalidation. However, there is no submission deadline until further notice.
