Request My Results from Medical Review

Providers may request finding results by emailing Noridian Medical Review (MR) at myresults@noridian.com. The below information must be included within the email request.

Subject line

  • Enter "Results request for file number XXXX-XXX." (Include applicable file number listed in Findings/Review Dates column)

Email body

  • Your name, title and telephone number
  • Your facility's name
  • Provider number (Include provider's six digit Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN), do not include National Provider Identifier (NPI))
  • Method of how you would like to receive results: Phone call, fax or U.S. mail. Include fax number or mailing address, if applicable. "My Results" contain beneficiary and claim specific information and will not be sent via email.

Upon request receipt, Noridian MR will respond as timely as possible. A letter will be sent to your facility detailing specific facility claims findings. Requests may take up to two weeks to be completed.
