Supplier Contact Center Training Closures

Noridian Customer Service and Telephone Reopening Representatives will be receiving training to better assist our supplier community. The Contact Center(s) are closed on the following dates and times for training. Suppliers are encouraged to use the IVR or the Noridian Medicare Portal during these training closure dates.

User Security follows the same dates for training closures, during the hours of 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. CT.
