Facilities may now "Opt-In" to receive Coordination of Benefits Agreements (COBA) crossover rejection letters on the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP). These letters will ensure your facility is aware of any rejections that may have occurred for a claim from Benefits Coordination. To get started receiving these letters on NMP, the Provider Administrator for your facility, can follow the steps found on the COBA Crossover Letters page of the Portal Guide. Once the facilities PTANs have been "Opted-In" the letters will be viewable under the Claim Status tab of NMP on the Crossover Rejection Letters tab.
