Description of Issue: Noridian is continuing to work both internally and with the systems contractors to resolve issues with the last PECOS release. Most initially reported issues are resolved, but some provider may continue to see impacts to provider payments.
Noridian Action Required: Noridian is working with the systems contractors to resolve payment issues and will provide updates as they become available.

06/24/21 - Noted issues of significance impacting provider payments have been resolved. Noridian will continue to monitor for and respond to payments issues. Providers may continue to contact the Enrollment Call Center with any questions regarding their enrollment or enrollment application(s)
Provider/Supplier Action Required: Providers should be aware that in some cases payments may potentially drop to paper checks and they may receive paper checks instead of payments via EFT. Noridian has not identified any issues with the PECOS interface that providers use to submit applications - providers may continue to submit applications as normal at this time
Proposed Resolution/Solution: Noridian will work with the systems contractors to resolve payment issues.
