Written Reopening

Effective January 1, 2024, all adjustments available through Self-Service Reopenings (SSRO) will be required to be completed on the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP). Please see our Reopening page for a list of adjustments available via NMP as a SSRO. Written requests received post January 1, 2024, that are available on NMP as a Self-Service Reopening (SSRO) request will be dismissed.
