06/08/2021 The Part A Reason Code Guidance webpage was updated to better communicate the listing of codes is not all inclusive. The selected codes and guidance are produced based on data analysis and frequency from calls, denials, rejections, and appeals. 06/01/2021 A "Patient Status Code" button was added to the Hospital/SNF section of an Eligibility inquiry response for all Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) stays within Noridian Medicare Portal.
