The Office of Inspector General (OIG) found that practitioners must report post-operative evaluation and management visits:

• Practice in group of 10 or more practitioners
• Exempt from required reporting if practice has less than 10 practitioners
• One of nine states: Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, and Rhode Island
