Feedback regarding the Noridian Medicare website is important to us. Noridian strives to create a user-friendly website that is your primary source for Medicare billing, policies and online resources. We encourage our providers to participate in the methods described below that will help Noridian ensure the website meets your needs.
Website Surveys

CMS manages a survey program to measure provider satisfaction through experiences with their MAC. These surveys evaluate business functions, including the Noridian Medicare Website, to ensure MACs deliver quality service to providers. MACs use these surveys to understand provider experiences and identify improvement opportunities. Users will see these survey invitations as an occasional popup as they browse the website.
