Portal, IVR and Customer Service Limited Availability on May 22, 2023 - Update

Due to CMS migrating to a new data center, there are upcoming "Dark" days for the Part A Claims Processing Systems. The Part A Claims Processing System will be unavailable on May 22. Please note the updated date. During these days, the following inquiries will not be available:

Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP):

  • Claim Status
  • Self Service Reopenings/Recoupment Requests
  • Redetermination/Reconsideration Submissions
  • Same or Similar
  • Financials including Overpayments
  • Claim Specific Remittance Advices

Interactive Voice Response (IVR):

  • Redeterminations
  • Same or Similar
  • Prior Authorization Request (PAR)
  • Claim Status / Details

Customer Service Representatives will not be able to assist providers with:

  • Eligibility Inquiries
  • All Claim Related Inquiries
  • Phone Reopenings
  • Appeal and Written Reopening Status
