CERT Documentation Requests Impacted by a Disaster
Providers may experience loss or partial loss of records during catastrophic events which may prevent them from responding to CERT documentation requests. In this event, providers may submit a "Disaster Attestation Letter" to alert the CERT contractor that the provider is unable to submit documentation to support the claim under review.
