Request My Results from Medical Review

Providers can submit questions they may have regarding claims currently or previously on review by Part B Medical Review. General claim questions are not to be submitted via this email. The Noridian provider community is able to contact the Part B Medical Review staff directly via email at A member of the Part B Medical Review staff will respond to your email in a timely manner, in order to get your questions and/or concerns answered.

When submitting a request, include the following:

  • Your name, title, and telephone number
  • Rendering Provider/Supplier name
  • The Internal Control Number (ICN) and state of claim(s) in question
  • Method of how you would like to receive results: Phone call or U.S. mail. Include fax number or mailing address, if applicable. "My Results" contain beneficiary and claim specific information and will not be sent via email

Upon request receipt, Noridian MR will respond as timely as possible. Requests may take up to two weeks to be completed.
