Portal, IVR and Customer Service Limited Availability on January 3 - 5, 2025

There will be Common Working File (CWF) "Dark" days on Friday, January 3, through Sunday, January 5, 2025, for all CWF hosts. This means the CWF online Health Insurance Master Record (HIMR) inquiry will not be available on those days.

The following functions will not be available in the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP):

  • Claim Status
  • Discharge Status for Inpatient Overlap in Eligibility
  • Self Service Reopenings/Recoupment Requests
  • Redetermination Submission
  • Same or Similar (Option 1)

The following functions will not be available on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR):

  • Redeterminations
  • Same or Similar
  • Prior Authorization Request (PAR)
  • Claim Status / Details

Customer Service Representatives will not be able to assist providers with the below:

  • Eligibility Inquiries
  • Claim Status Relating to Eligibility
  • Claim Denials Relating to Eligibility
  • Same or Similar
  • Advance Determination of Medicare Coverage (ADMC) Status
