This is the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP) User Guide. To use the elements within this guide you must first be logged into the portal.
As of October 1, 2021, the beneficiary’s name is now available on the Part B Claim Specific Remittance Advice in the Noridian Medicare Portal.
The beneficiary’s name was removed in May 2019 due to a potential privacy issue.

Some of the Provider information contained on the Noridian Medicare web site is copyrighted by the American Medical Association, the American Dental Association, and/or the American Hospital Association. This includes items such as CPT codes, CDT codes, ICD-10 and other UB-04 codes.
Before you can enter the Noridian Medicare site, please read and accept an agreement to abide by the copyright rules regarding the information you find within this site. If you choose not to accept the agreement, you will return to the Noridian Medicare home page.
