Portal, IVR and Customer Service Limited Availability on December 15 - 17, 2023
Due to the Common Working File (CWF) migrating to a new data center, there are upcoming "Dark" days on December 15 - 17, 2023. During these days, the following inquiries will not be available:
The following functions will not be available in the Noridian Medicare Portal (NMP):
- Claim Status
- Discharge Status for Inpatient Overlap in Eligibility
- Self Service Reopenings/Recoupment Requests
- Redetermination Submission
- Same or Similar (Option 1)
The following functions will not be available on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR):
- Redeterminations
- Same or Similar
- Prior Authorization Request (PAR)
- Claim Status / Details
Customer Service Representatives will not be able to assist providers with the below:
- Eligibility Inquiries
- Claim Status Relating to Eligibility
- Claim Denials Relating to Eligibility
- Same or Similar
- Advance Determination of Medicare Coverage (ADMC) Status
