Refund Check Number Lookup

Available For: Part A, Part B, DME

View the status of a submitted overpayment refund check.

Inquiry

  • Select Financials from the main menu and then choose Refund Check Number Lookup.
  • Choose TIN/NPI/PTAN and Program, if needed, under Provider/Supplier Details
  • Enter the Check Number of the submitted refund check.
  • Choose "View Results"

Response

The following information will display:

  • Check Date
  • Total Check Amount
  • Amount Applied
  • Check State
  • AR/FCN/DCN Applied To
  • Amount Applied

Choose the "Download" button to view and download a .CSV file.
